The kennels are licensed to operate by Herefordshire Council (license no: N-ANB30). To gain this licence the kennels have to adhere to a strict code of practice and have at least one announced inspection and possibly any number of unannounced inspections per year. This licence is on show at all times in the office.
The kennels are also fully insured. If you wish to see this document please feel free to ask. I will be happy to oblige .
On your side you will be required to produce a valid
vaccination certificate for every dog you wish to board. This will be held at
the kennels during your dog's stay and has to be available for view should I get
a council inspection.
